Welcome to Eunoia Yoga Retreat, by booking and attending our yoga retreat, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Booking and Payment
1.1 Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
1.2 Full Payment: The balance must be paid by [insert deadline, e.g., 30 days before the retreat]. Failure to pay by this date may result in the cancellation of your booking.
1.3 Payment Methods: We accept payments via [list payment methods, e.g., credit card, PayPal, bank transfer].
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1 Participant Responsibility: Participants must inform the retreat organizers of any health conditions, injuries, or limitations that may affect their ability to participate in yoga activities.
3.2 Medical Clearance: If necessary, participants may be required to provide a medical clearance letter.
3.3 Assumption of Risk: Yoga and retreat activities are undertaken at your own risk. The organizer is not liable for injuries, illnesses, or accidents.
4. Travel and Accommodation
4.1 Travel Arrangements: Participants are responsible for arranging and covering the costs of their travel to and from the retreat venue unless specified otherwise.
4.2 Accommodation: The retreat package includes accommodation as specified during booking. Special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
4.3 Dietary Requirements: We aim to accommodate dietary preferences, but participants must inform us of any specific needs at least [e.g., 14 days] before the retreat.
5. Code of Conduct
5.1 Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards other attendees, staff, and the environment.
5.2 Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the retreat without a refund.
6. Photos and Media
6.1 The organizer may take photographs or videos during the retreat for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of your image unless you explicitly opt out in writing.
7. Force Majeure
The organizer is not liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
8. Limitation of Liability
The organizer’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the retreat. We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings, travel delays, or other indirect costs.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of [specific court].
