Comfortable clothes for yoga, a reusable water bottle, and a curious mind! We provide yoga mats and all necessary equipment, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.

Type of Yoga practiced at Eunoia Yoga Retreat

Hatha yoga
Enhances flexibility, strength, and balance. Incorporating breath control techniques (Pranayama) improves respiratory function and vitality. The emphasis on mindfulness cultivates mental focus and emotional balance.
Vinyasa yoga
